WHAT OUR AGENTS ARE SAYING

Cottonwood Heights is a great area to live in. You are going to pay a higher price to live in one of these homes, because the closer you get to the east side mountains the price of a home goes up. The homes in this area are also typically a little bit older. Cottonwood Heights has a lot of great outdoor activities in close range. You have four close ski resorts - Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude nearby for your active skiers and snowboarders. You have trails and campsites all throughout Big and Little Cottonwood canyon. The view from some of these homes is gorgeous as most of these homes look out at the Salt Lake City Valley. There are a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops, however my two favorite and a must go to is the Alpha Coffee shop and Lone Star Taqueria. Seriously though if you want a great drink and awesome meal to eat, these are the two places to go! Cottonwood Heights also has great shopping locations, the best is in Fort Union where there is everything, Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, DSW shoes, and my favorite Trader Joe's. I love the Cottonwood Heights area. It is really friendly and a place for a great home with a family, couples, or single adults.

Cottonwood Heights is located along the east bench of the Salt Lake valley and is the gateway to Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. This is why it's known as the "city between the canyons" If you enjoy the outdoors, Cottonwood might be your kind of place. Cottonwood is close to two world-class ski resorts, rock climbing routes, biking and hiking trails, and picnic areas.
